Get in touch

Reach out for a quote or to set up a meeting and you’ll be connected with a BSG sales rep who guides you through the entire order — start to finish.

Choose products & artwork

Work with your rep to pick the right products and decide exactly how you want them decorated — screen printing, embroidery, and more.

Quote & approval

Once the details are set, your rep sends a clear price quote. As soon as you approve it, we order your apparel and start your art proofs.

Art proof & goods arrive

Our in-house graphics team proofs your logos for your sign-off, while our production team receives and preps your apparel.

Production

Your goods are checked and sorted, then our production team gets to work creating your custom apparel right here in Northern Virginia.

Quality control

Every order is reviewed for quality and accuracy, then carefully sorted and packaged for pickup or shipping.

Finished!

Your order is done — your rep reaches out right away. Pick it up in-store or have it shipped. Then enjoy your new gear.

How long will my order take?

Turnaround depends on the products, decoration, quantity, and time of year — your rep gives you a realistic timeline with your quote, and can flag rush options when they’re available.

Is there a minimum order?

Minimums vary by decoration method and product. Just ask your rep and they’ll point you to the best option for your group’s size.

Do I need finished artwork?

Not at all. Our in-house graphic artists can clean up what you have or help create something from scratch — and you approve a proof before anything prints.
